Dear Anderson Parents,

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered to host a country/heritage table at this year’s Multicultural Event on Thursday May 7th, 2026 @ 4:00 - 8:00pm.

We currently have volunteers for the following tables: Canada, China, Denmark, Dominican Republic, India, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea, and Trinidad & Tobago.

We would love for more families to join, either by helping with one of the tables above (esp. Iran, Ireland, Trinidad & Tobago) or by representing a country, culture, or heritage not yet on the list. Please reach out to us @multiculturalps334@gmail.com

2:30 pm — Cafeteria/country table set-up 
4:00 pm — Doors open
5:00 pm — Cultural performances begin
6:30 pm — Cultural performances end and dance floor opens
8:00 pm — Event ends and guests vacate
8:00–9:00 pm — Clean-up and restoration of cafeteria layout
